Internet speed is decreased 20% by default by windows. This 20% is reserved for Microsoft product update. you can increase this 20% speed easily. just follow the instructions:
go START - RUN
type gpedit.msc and click ENTER
go Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Network / QOS Packet Scheduler / Limit Reservable Bandwidth
Double Click on Limit Reservable bandwidth
by default it is not configured.
now select and ENABLE it.
Enter 0 [Zero] at Bandwidth Limit %
click OK and exit.

thanks for your good post. I agree with your trick ,i tried your good trick. I tested my internet speed also at Scanmyspeed.com . Also i used accelerator software for downloading files..
