Increase the performance of RAM

During the use of windows there creates a lot of page files and these page files act as virtual memory. But these page files are stored in computer and slow down the speed of RAM.

You can delete these files automatically during shut down the computer. For this go to Start-Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Local Security Policy-Security Settings-Local Policies-Security Options. Double click the Shutdown: Clear virtual memory page file option. Enable the option. Exit by clicking OK.

Now during shutting down computer the page files will be deleted automatically. 

Alternately go to Start – Run. Type Tree and press enter. This will increase the speed of RAM.

How to Format Pen Drive?

Pen drive cannot be formatted when they are attacked by virus. At that time if you want to format the pen drive go to Start – Control Panel – Administrative Tools. Click Computer Management. Then right click on pen drive or any other drive and format it.


Alternately:

Plug the pen drive in the computer and open Windows

Explorer. Right click on the drive and select to format new

window will appear, select NTFS file system, enable

Quick Format and click on Start button. It will format the

pen drive.
